What I love the most of this tour is the opportunity to show you how much as possible of Rome in a single day. Exploring the Colosseum with me, a local born and raised in Rome, certified guide and archaeologist, will make the difference! Be amazed by the wonders of this ancient city like the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, the imposing Pantheon with its dome, and the Trevi fountain! The driver will be pick up you directly at Civitavecchia port to bring you to Rome where you will meet me. Depending on traffic, the drive from Civitavecchia to Rome takes approximately an hour and a half. At the end of your Private tour in Rome the driver will return you on time to your cruise ship at Civitavecchia. You will have a taste of Rome in a day and you will be not disappointed!

-8 am pick up at your ship and drive to Rome (approximately 1hour and 15 min). -9. 30/10 am meet your guide Colosseum (walk inside) Trevi Fountain (stop for tossing coins) - Pantheon (walk inside if open) - Time for lunch Vatican Museums: visit the Pio clementino Museum, Gallery of Statues, Gallery of Tapestries, Gallery of Maps Sistine Chapel St. Peter's Basilica End of the tour 4. 30 pm - drive to Civitavecchia and drop off at your ship Important: - Vatican and churches in Rome have a dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered. - St. Peter's Basilica and the Pantheon could be subject to unexpected closures during special celebrations.
