Ciao! Benvenuti! My name is Dina. I want you to experience Florence in an UNFORGETTABLE way. My goal is for you never to forget Florence and your time touring its mysteries and historical wonders. I'm always excited about learning new things, discovering new places, and meeting new people. I enjoy art in all of its formats, from the ancient to the modern, from the museums to the streets, from conventional art to tattoos; all of it has beauty and meaning. I am passionate about food, wine, history, and, of course, art! I live by the mottos "life is too short for bad food and drink, " and "if you take art and history and mix it with a little wine, you have perfection. " I live and work in Florence as a full-time tour guide and want to be able to show you Florence through the eyes of a local. My goal is to give you a different kind of tour experience: informative and fun at the same time! I don't want to just offer a description, an art lesson, or a regurgitation of dates and names; I want you to have an authentic experience introducing you to our local traditions, legends, food, and wine. I will show you the connection between what you see and the stories of the IMPORTANT men and women who built and lived in Florence. This will give you the chance to see Florence as I do, with a historical passion and a reason for that passion. I would love to walk with you into the past. As we walk through the renaissance alleys and streets of Florence's inner city, we will follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest artists and learn their fascinating tales. These stories are not just at the most popular sites, such as the Uffizi or L'Acadamia, but also in the Palazzo Vecchio, the Bargello Museum, and the Pitti Palace. Truly, everywhere you turn in Florence, there is history at your fingertips Together we can attach happy memories to your Florentine vacation, ensuring that you will never forget the city or your time here. Memorable storytelling, delicious gelato, and a big smile are the main ingredients of my tours. Choose me as your guide; I guarantee you will have an unforgettable experience! My tours can be customized and adapted to suit your schedule. Please send me a message with your interests, and I will personalize the tour just for you! If you are traveling with children, let me know, I can also make the tour fun for them! EVEN IF YOU SEE I AM NOT AVAILABLE ON THE CALENDAR, PLEASE SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE. WE CAN ALWAYS MAKE THINGS WORK! - Diploma in Tourism - Tour Guide License of Florence and district. I do not have a commercial driver's license, I cannot drive during tours. I can accompany you in your vehicle or can arrange for car and driver.

A visit to Florence is incomplete without a tour of the world-famous Uffizi Galleries. It is exhausting and nearly impossible to see the Uffizi's entire collection in one day. Therefore, we will enjoy the Gallery's highlights and see some other amazing and important works of art. You will learn the history and importance of the Uffizi as you walk down its beautifully decorated, sunlit corridors. Inside its many rooms, you will find a wealth of original Renaissance masterpieces, from marble sculptures to golden altarpieces, and fantastical oil paintings to almost photorealistic portraits. Whatever you find yourself looking at, everything will remind you that this is one of the world's most amazing art galleries. You will also have a chance to learn about the artists themselves, the inspiration behind the works they created, and the techniques they used to tell the stories that are told in the paintings. Remember with me you will appreciate, learn and have FUN!
Don't worry, this will not be a boring art history lesson. You will learn and have fun while exploring one of the world's greatest art collections! If you enjoy art and history, and you also want to have a fun afternoon in Florence, then this tour will not disappoint you. TICKET RESERVATIONS: Ticket reservations are made in advance and admission fees are paid upon arrival at the entrance to the gallery. During the high season, roughly between May and August, there is often a queue in the reservation line. Even though reservations are made in advance, please expect to wait a brief amount of time in line before entering the museum. We will meet outside the Uffizi Gallery. The tour lasts about 3 hours. We will visit the museum and discover the most beautiful artworks of the Renaissance with a private guide. You will get a close-up look at masterpieces from Florentine artists like Lippi, Botticelli, Michelangelo, and da Vinci. I will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
