Florence, classic but not too much!

Buongiorno! I'm Karine, your private licensed guide for Lucca, Pisa and Florence provinces. I live in Italy but I was born in the south-west of France in 1970. I'm a professional working in tourism and have been organising and escorting individual customers and groups for 30 years! I have a limitless passion for Italy and one of my dreams came true when I settled in Tuscany in 1991, after obtaining my national guide's licence in France. I work as a tour leader in Tuscany and Italy since 1993, I am a licensed guide in Florence, Pisa, Lucca and their respective provinces. I'm a member of the National Association of Touristic Guides (ANGT) and the European Guide Federation (FEG). During these thirty years, I've met all kinds of obstacles in organising trips and, above all, a sea of emotions with customers who've always been ready to share experiences and knowledge. On the other hand, I've learned that customers aren't all the same, to be offered the same tours as everyone else. I like to understand what people like so I can offer them the programme they really want. Working in travel agencies has allowed me to understand the work from the organiser's point of view and my experience behind a desk, together with years and years of contact with customers, has given me the professionalism that only the most varied and numerous experiences can give.
