Florence and the Uffizi gallery private tour

Karine's passion and genuine love of art and history is contagious. She was an absolute dream of a guide: experienced, seasoned, confident and in command of her knowledge base. Furthermore, she was patient and considerate of my older companion, who tired easily. I have utilized many private tours and have met many lovely people this way, & Karine is the type of person I will seek out again and again! What a lovely human being and what a memorable tour we had in the jewel that is Florence, Italy.

We had an informative and professional tour experience with Karine, it was being with a friend who knows and showed not only the museums we booked, but the hidden bistros and markets while showing us other points of interest. She took the time to show us the restaurant we have reservations at and the way back to our hotel. We loved her and our tour.

Karine had to deal with three tired travelers. We had just arrived from Venice and had walked many miles the previous day. She tailored the tour to our needs. She is knowledgeable, caring and very informative. We were also, besides seeing the Uffizi, able to do a walking tour of some of the city for an excellent overview. She did a a very good job. We had to tell her we were not art students and so details were not our thing. She knows it all however if that's your thing.
