Without exaggeration Budapest is the most glamorous capital city at night! Come with me to discovery the city from a different perspective! This is going to be a regular sightseeing tour except that you get to see the highlights and hidden jams at night when everything comes alive. We will cover the national memorial park, stop by the Opera House and then get involved with Budapest's night life and enjoy a local spirit or wine in the ruin bar area at the Jewish Quarter. We will visit St. Stephen's Square and the outstanding Parlament with the shoe monument. We leave the best for last by finishing the tour at Buda Castle at the Fisherman's Bastion with a breathtaking view to Pest side. Please note, that I am happy to customize the tour for you!
Beata is the Best. She gives a great tour of Budapest at night. I have been to Budapest a few times, but I never knew it had so much to offer. Now I want to go back to Budapest and stay at least 5 days to experience all the places and things that Beata showed me on this 3-hour tour. I highly recommend Beata as your tour guide if you want to be shown the great city of Budapest by a local.
I had booked two tours with Beata this is the first of the two. We meet a Batthany Squ. to start the tour. I that a great time on the tour saw and hear a lot of history about Budapest. If you are looking for a great tour guide you may want to book her.
We saw exactly what we wanted to see with Beata and received a lot more insight into Budapest and Hungary along the way. She was terrific in helping a vegan friend find Budapest's innovative vegan restaurants while also introducing us to long time Budapest institutions. Her range was vast as we had drinks in a Budapest institution and dessert in a restaurant with international renown. Her English is excellent and she is eager for visitors to enjoy the country and city that she knows so well.
Bea was outstanding, patient, knowledgeable, and above all she was friendly and personable. My wife and I now feel like we have a good friend in Budapest.
Our plane was delayed, but Beata waited and completed a full evening/night tour once we were there. Great start to our visit to Budapest. Not only saw sights at night but checked out a couple night spots including a stop for a drink. Learned how the subways/buses/trolleys worked and were all set to explore the next day.
This was the 3rd of three tours that we booked with Beata during our extended weekend in Budapest. We couldn't go to Budapest and NOT go out at night to view the beautiful sites lit up under the lights. We love riding on local transportation and Beata walked us through it. Highlights included Heroes' Square, the Shoe Memorial...and of course viewing sparkling Budapest from high above the Danube at Buda Castle. It was an exhausting two days, but totally worth it…we will miss you Beata!
