Hello, fellow traveler! I know how dazzling it can be to step into a new city where the language sounds wonderfully unfamiliar and a thousand sights compete for your attention. Where do you begin? That's where I come in. My mission is simple: to make your visit effortless and unforgettable. I design an experience that revolves entirely around your interests. Tell me what you're passionate about, and I'll bring it to life: For the Photographer: I'll lead you to breathtaking vistas and hidden spots for that perfect shot. For the Romantics: We'll uncover the love stories and charming places that make the city's heart beat. For the Adventurers & Foodies: Let's dive into a culinary exploration or a unique urban adventure. For the History Buff: We can unravel the city's rich and complex past together. My passion for this work isn't just a job; it's a lifelong calling. I was only nine years old when I told my mom I wanted to be a guide. Ten years ago, I earned my license to finally share my love for Hungary's history and architecture. Since then, I've had the honor of guiding thousands of visitors in both English and Italian. The most beautiful part? No two tours have ever been the same, because your presence is what makes it special. What drives me? Seeing the sparkle in your eyes when you find exactly what you were looking for. So, come with me! Let's explore, have fun, and create memories with an authentic local experience. My Qualifications & Experience For over a decade, I've been a licensed professional guide, specializing in Hungarian history, architecture, cuisine, and wine. My expertise covers everything from the grand history of the Castle District and the vibrant Pest side to specialized thematic tours on topics like the Communist era or Budapest's dynamic urban art scene. I am constantly learning to ensure your tour is informative, up-to-date, and genuinely entertaining. Important Details Customization: All of my tours are fully customizable. If you're interested in exploring by bike or scooter, just let me know, and I'll create the perfect route for you! Health & Safety: For your peace of mind, I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Transportation: I am not a driver, but I am happy to accompany you in your vehicle or arrange for a separate car and professional driver upon request. Site-Specific Guides: Please note that major landmarks like the Parliament, Opera House, and the Great Synagogue have their own mandatory internal guides. I will seamlessly incorporate these amazing sites into our itinerary.

In 1687 we were liberated from the Ottoman Occupation. But being liberated doesn't ment being free. The Austrian Habsburg royal family was keen to get the Hungarian throne what we never wanted but this has been the moment when they jumped on the possibility. A country which never gave up it's freedom against another one, which never let us go. How it happened so, we coronized Franz Joseph and Sissi to be the king and the queen of the country? I will explain it. At the end of the 1800 Pest started to grow, the Andrássy Boulevard, which is the longest avenue in the city, and the first underground metro line (pulled by horses of it's first period) in the continental Europe were ready. The baroque Pest and the royal Buda were united, the Chain Bridge connected them. The first vapour train left the Western train station. So many thing are to explain and so many interesting connections are to being understand. Let the Pest side of the city and it's history impress you on this tour.
Including but not in order we will see these monuments, most of them from outside: HEROES SQUARE - First underground metro in continental Europe - Vajda Hunyad Castle - Fine art museum - Contemporary Art Museum - Etnography Museum : as new as it's not on google map yet, but we will have a georgeus view from the top of it - House of Music : A new building won the "grammy of architecture" in this year - Széchenyi Spa CITY CENTER - Parliament - Liberty Square - Former Stock Exchange - National Bank - US Embassy - St. Stephen's Basilica (optional: Going inside and up to the top of the dome for panoramic view 3300 HUF) - Academy of Sciences - Grasham Palace - Chain Bridge (under reconstruction, scaffolded) - Vörösmarty Square - Gerbau Confectionary Shop - Little Princess Statue - Great Music Hall - Váci Street - Elisabeth Bridge
