Excuse me, do you know maybe where are the most amazing and interesting sights in Hungary? No? Then you are at the right spot, to find them with me! Hello there traveller and my future friend! My name is Petra, like the city in Jordan. I'm an experienced tour guide since 2015 and also licensed tour guide in the largest European Synagogue. I speak fluent English and in any case of necessity my Spanish can help me to survive and of course, I'm a native speaker of the fourth most difficult language in the world; Hungarian. I'm energetic, enthusiastic, a history nerd and I love to talk. I was also thinking about opening a private class of dad jokes, they are my favorite, the worse the better, and like every Hungarian, I speak the second official language of this country: sarcasm. I love challenges, my main profile is customized tours when my guests want to explore more in Budapest beside the main attractions. I'm also a big fan of legends and myths, and it would be great to share all the stories with you! In my opinion, the main specialty of my city, Budapest is, it's on the edge of modern and classic. I love to walk around and see the 19th century with all of its beauty and style then only two more steps to be shocked by the "neo-ugly" communist architecture. Join to one of my tours and let's laugh, eat (or drink) and learn our way together through Hungary and Budapest! Licensed Hungarian tour guide Licensed tour guide in Dohány Street Synagogue Licensed tour guide in Rumbach street Synagogue Bachelor of Hungarian Literature I do not have a license to give tours inside the Hungarian Parliement or the Hungarian State Opera. I don't own driving license or car, but I can arrange for a car and driver.

This tour is a classical Budapest sightseeing program following the route of the Hungarian "guerilla" artist, Michael Kolodko's mini statues. It's a perfect trip for first-time visitors because many of the statues are near to main attractions, but at the same time, it's a special experience, as others are located in the local neighborhouds. At the same time we can see and learn about the main sights, like Chain bridge, but then we can just mingle with Hungarians on the residential streets of the Jewish Quarter This walking tour is a real treasure hunt; we have paper sheets with the list of statues we have to find, I only give you hints about the location, but I don't point on the little statues, it's your job to find them. Don't worry, everybody will ace this test! And in the end, your success is honored with a small delicious Hungarian surprise. The perfect combination: a bit of a general, a bit of the hidden gems.
- First, we meet at your accommodation or wherever we discuss it in advance. - We start the tour in the Jewish district where we have to find 3 statues, and thanks to their locations, we can see the New York Café, and the Grand Synagogue. - Next we find the rest of the mini statues downtown, and see the Parliament and the St Steven Basilica. - Then we take the Metro 2 to arrive at the Buda side. Our statue hunt in Buda starts in the Castle district, then goes through the Promenade. - The last stop in Buda is the former Moscow Square, an important junction. We take the famous tram 4-6 from here, and across Margaret Bridge, we arrive back in Pest, where we find the last statue of the hunt. - If you have any special request the tour is customizable.
