I am working with several river cruise companies such as Viking, Tauck, Scenic, Emerald, AMA Waterways. This way I have the necessary knowledge to arrange post, or pre-cruise tours without repeating the sights you’ve seen before. I am not necessarily a 'regular' guide, I am more into helping my travellers understand the city they are touring, instead of citing facts and figures about buildings and statues. This tour is for those not spending several days in Budapest, but still want to get a general idea about what this beautiful city can offer. As a born and raised Budapestian I can fast track you to achieve a level of understanding of the city that will help you to move around on your own with the necessary confidence. The idea is that while I make you acquainted with the Hungarian soul and history we walk by the key sites of Budapest's downtown area. Some of those key sites are listed by the UNESCO as well, like Andrassy avenue and the banks of the river Danube, some are rather important for Hungarians, like the House of Parliament building & the Saint Stephen's Basilica. Give me the chance to help you fall in love with my hometown!
Adam worked with me to customize a two hour walking tour in Budapest. We had just come off of a trip with a tour company, and we really wanted to see more of Budapest without duplicating any of the sites we had already visited. This really turned out to be the perfect compliment to the touring we had already done in the area.
Adam, helped us see the parts of Budapest, that we were going to miss on our travel tours set up through our Viking River Cruise. We were so thankful that he recognized a need for us to have a minibus and driver to get us to other parts of the beautiful city, Budapest.
