Szia! I am Gabriella. A very warm welcome from Budapest! Let me introduce myself a bit! Already at the age of 14, I knew that I want to work with people, so I specialized in tourism. I have been in the tourism industry for 22 years. In the off-season, I like to travel, play with my son, ride a horse. I think I am a very helpful, talkative, joyful person who loves to give happiness to the people around her. I am a cosmopolitan lady who feels at home anywhere. I love challenges, discover different nations' culture, food and being in an multicultural environment. I love to stroll around and be carried away by the beauty of the nature. Budapest is the Paris of eastern Europe, it is cited as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, ranked as "the world's second best city " by Condé Nast Traveler and " Europe's 7th most idyllic place to live " by Forbes. The city lies at the rank of the Danube which divides the city into two parts: Buda and Pest. Budapest is a real cosmopolitan city with strengths in commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education and entertainment. It is ranked as the second fastest-developing urban economy in Europe which is waiting you to discover it. Being a local patriote, I am inviting you to come with me strolling around in my city where there is always something going on. . . I have a 4 years old BMW 116 ED so three people can easily be seated and if you are more than three, then I will rent you a minivan. All my tours are customizable upon request. - I am a licenced guide since 1997 - Driving licence since 1991, so I am a driver-guide. - I am an English teacher. - I have a French language exam. Being a fully licenced guide, I have no restrictions.

Hollókő is an etnographic village in Hungary and a Unesco World Heritage site. It is about 100 km from Budapest and it is the most typical traditional village with local traditional costume. It has an old castle which was first mentioned in 1310. During the tour we can visit the Village museum, the Post or the Doll museum. After Hollókő we are going to the town of Eger. It is a lovely baroque city so we walk in the center and up to the personal wishes we can visit the castle as well or just directly go to the the noble " alcoholic grape-juice" :) in the Valley of the Beautiful Ladies. Then we end our tour with a short visit in the hungarian "Cappadocia". It is an open-air spa and village . The springs 68 degrees mineral water and a gorgious complex was built to enjoy this special water.
Gabriella completely customized this tour for me and it was fabulous. She was responsive, accommodating and fun to be around. Plus, she picked an amazing restaurant for a late lunch that sealed the deal. I would definitely recommend her and would keep her in mind for any future trips to Budapest.
We customized the tour with a visit to Egerszalok hot springs and an Axe Throwing Game arena in the town of Eger. Plus an authentic Hungarian lunch marked the highlights of the tour.
Gabriella was the best! She allowed us to customize the tour so that we could focus on the aspects that were very important to us. She picked out an amazing restaurant for us to stop and have lunch too. She was so much fun and very nice. This tour was absolutely wonderful. We are looking forward to returning to Hungary at some point and plan on contacting Gabriella for more adventures!
Gabriella was a delightful tourguide. She arranged a last minute tour for us for wine tasting and a trip to Eger and Holloko. Her knowledge was fascinating and will definitely call on her again when we come back to Hungary.
I pick up the guests at the hotel and we drive on M3 highway to reach the village of Hollókő ( raven stone). If the clients are sporty enough we can climb up to a new viewpoint ( two giant hands) Reaching the village we can visit several museums: The Doll, the Post and the Village museum. - In this lovely Unesco village we stroll around and we absorb the atmosphere of the local environment. Then we drive about 60 km to reach the town of Eger where we get to know the small baroque town: we walk till the main square and we can visit the famous Eger castle. - We cannot leave Eger without going to the valley of the "Beautiful ladies" where we taste the Egri Bikavér, the Bull's blood: the famous dry red wine. - Then after a short drive we reach the city of Egerszalók where we have a look at the one of the most beautiful spa of Hungary. - After Egerszalók we drive back to Budapest.
