Excuse me, do you know maybe where are the most amazing and interesting sights in Hungary? No? Then you are at the right spot, to find them with me! Hello there traveller and my future friend! My name is Petra, like the city in Jordan. I'm an experienced tour guide since 2015 and also licensed tour guide in the largest European Synagogue. I speak fluent English and in any case of necessity my Spanish can help me to survive and of course, I'm a native speaker of the fourth most difficult language in the world; Hungarian. I'm energetic, enthusiastic, a history nerd and I love to talk. I was also thinking about opening a private class of dad jokes, they are my favorite, the worse the better, and like every Hungarian, I speak the second official language of this country: sarcasm. I love challenges, my main profile is customized tours when my guests want to explore more in Budapest beside the main attractions. I'm also a big fan of legends and myths, and it would be great to share all the stories with you! In my opinion, the main specialty of my city, Budapest is, it's on the edge of modern and classic. I love to walk around and see the 19th century with all of its beauty and style then only two more steps to be shocked by the "neo-ugly" communist architecture. Join to one of my tours and let's laugh, eat (or drink) and learn our way together through Hungary and Budapest! Licensed Hungarian tour guide Licensed tour guide in Dohány Street Synagogue Licensed tour guide in Rumbach street Synagogue Bachelor of Hungarian Literature I do not have a license to give tours inside the Hungarian Parliement or the Hungarian State Opera. I don't own driving license or car, but I can arrange for a car and driver.

If you are more into the local, artsy experiences, and also want to see the all-time center of the talented and young creative Hungarian minds, this tour is a great opportunity to get closer to this unique lifestyle. Szentendre is best known as the Village of Artists. The small town is the opening of the Danube Bend area with cute Serbian architecture, lovely shops, and delicious restaurants. After they discovered its charming atmosphere and beautiful landscape, Szentendre became the center of fine art students in the 20th century. It's still full of museums, galleries, and folk art we can explore on this program. During the program, we can have lunch together, and there will be enough time for just wandering around while shopping for souvenirs.
- Pick up from your accomodation or where we agree before, then 30-40 mins drive by private car to Szentendre. - Visit of Szentendre downtown area, including - the Main Square with its beautiful, medieval vibe, - the Belgrad Serbian Orthodox Church to get aquainted with Serbian architecture, - the Marzipan Museum to taste wonderful Hungarian chocolate and almond, - the Christmas Museum (all time of the year!) with special ornaments, some from the 19th century, then - Lunch break at one of the cozy Hungarian restaurants in the Village. - After lunch, we have a few hours for shopping in the nice local shops. - In the end, another 30-50 minutes to get back to Budapest. - The tour is customizable!
