Emoke was wonderful. Knowledgeable and accommodating. In addition to the market experience, restaurants, outdoor stalls, etc., the final passage through a “ruin bar” was super cool and unexpected. We loved it!

Greetings from Hungary! I am passionate about the history of Hungary and Budapest. I have been impressed by the majestic capital and the river Danube. I can't stand a day without seeing the enchanting Danube. I like working with people, so the best combination for me being tour guide in Budapest. Always it surprises me how beautiful this city is. Tourist guiding is not only my really profession (I am a licensed tourist guide) but my passion too. I am open-minded, friendly and get on well with people very easily. Since I live in a big family, I have also a great connection with children. Meeting new people from different parts of the world is the most fantastic thing that I can imagine. I am happy to show the travellers my wonderful capital where I know every hidden corners, monuments, stories and legends. Explore the magnificent atmosphere of the Budapest with me! If you would love to add some spice to your sightseeing, this is the tour for you! While tasting our delicious foods you will get an impressions of our colorful history as well since behind each meal there is an interesting story to tell. I have a passion for cooking and I know where can we have truly traditional Hungarian meals. As I have 3 teenagers cooking became one of my true hobbies :) Our main meal is of course the goulash, but you can also taste various dishes from soups to desserts like famous street food langos, chimney cake or a wine speciality „Froccs ". The Market Hall, our meeting point, is one of the best places to fall in love with not only Hungarian Cuisine, but the also Hungarian architecture. With its more than 120 years this market place is said to be the most splendid covered market hall in Europe. I am more than happy to share the secrets of Hungarian Cuisine with you. Please come with an empty stomach, to be able to enjoy every dish during our food and gastro tour! See you soon!

If you love to eat and experience the local cuisine, then this is the tour for you. Emoke was a great guide through the markets and alleys of Budapest while experiencing a wide variety of food and drink.
Tour was amazing- food was great and Emoke was very informative. We were a party of 6 and I had mobility issues which she was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this tour.
Fantastic tour! Got to taste so many Hungarian foods and drinks. Along the way also learned about Budapest and its history. Emoke was delightful! Nice, funny extremely knowledgeable. If there was anything negative ( and it really is not) we were absolutely stuffed. We would highly recommend
Our 1st day in Budapest & Emoke gave us a great introduction! She worked with us to accommodate our group of 9, customizing our gastro walking tour. We hit some small gems, tried food & wine, beer, & pastries. Really wonderful engaging guide & experience.
Great walking tour of the city. The food was fabulous as was Emoke! Highly recommend!
