Charming Szentendre Day Trip with Private Transportation

Visiting Szentendre is the best day trip you can do from Budapest! The lovely old town with cobble stone streets, art galleries and great artisan shops are favorite of locals and travelers alike. Nestled on the little hills by the Danube its narrow streets have a special, Mediterranean vibe with nice restaurants offering outdoor terraces. It is a truly romantic and memorable place! I love to combine this trip with a visit to the famous Szentendre Skanzen, which is a huge open air museum - practically we are talking about entire villages built up in a huge land. Often the original old countryside houses were transported here stone by stone.
