The two biggest problems in my life are, that I was born too soon to become a space-cowboy and too late to become a roman legionary soldier. Since Tour guiding was the closest profession to both of these above mentioned things, I became one. Although I finished the university as a communications expert and journalist in Hungary, it seems they did not prefer my honesty, so I didn't have too many prospects in that field. Without a clue of what to do next, I embarked on a journey to find some answers. I soon found my ambition in Tour-guiding and ended up working on a cruise ship, then as a freelancer tour-guide, and then as an adventure tour-guide in Norway. I've been working in the tourism industry since 2012 and ever since, it''was my dream to create an authentic company of my own and to show the beautiful things of my home country. My travels took me to more then 40+ countries. [And I still have both of my kidneys] Sadly during my journeys, I have discovered that out of 100 companies 99 are simply tourist traps, who scam their customers with some fake "experience". But I also saw, that the authentic and quality tour operators are the longest lasting companies with 20+ years. I aspire to become like that 1 in 100 companies. I believe in win-win situations. I'm a social guy. I like to be around people and to show them around. I like to have deep and honest conversations about things and I love to meet some truly amazing guests. There is nothing that you cannot talk about with me. I like this job so much, that I would even do this job for free, but since I cannot buy food with respect, love, or honesty, I do need something more tangible. Anyways…why are you wasting your time reading about me? Go book a tour and we will have all the time in the world to get to know each other and this beautiful Country. School: University of Szeged - Communications Guiding experience: AIDA cruises - Tour guide (1 year) AIDA cruises - Shore excursion manager (1 year) Baretns Safari - Tour Guide (4 years) Other: WSET Sommelier level 2 none

Orange lights, calm and quiet streets and charming views that gives you the most enchanting and romantic vibes you've ever seen. Yes. . . this is Budapest when it's asleep. But if you don't believe me, believe the UNESCO committee, who decided to put "Budapest lights" on their famous list of world heritage. The architecture truly comes alive, when the orange lights cast shadows on the gothic and Neo-renaissance style buildings. As the bats fly over the parliament you truly feel the presence of Dracula. Streets bustling with tourists during the day are empty and tell a very different story. Avenues deserted during daytime become flooded with life and flickering signs inviting you to try all sorts of foods and drinks. While during the daytime you get stuck into constant traffic, at night we can drive through every small street with ease. This makes for a very comfortable and practical way to see Budapest in a way many have never done it before! All my tours are customizable.
We meet at your Hotel/Hostel lobby. (not before 19:00-we need darkness) - I drive you to Heroes Square . Once we arrive at there I'll tell you about the history of the square itself and what it represents. (small stroll around the square by foot) - Walk over to Vajdahunyad Castle. - Drive on Andrássy avenue. (This avenue is full of nice buildings and history) - Drive to the Basilica (Optional short walk here) - After that, we'll check out the Jewish district. (we can stroll around and have some food) - We'll make our way up to the Gellért hill and the liberty statue, to get the famous UNESCO view of the "Budapest lights" - We drive to Parliament Square and I tell you all the stories there is. (Small stroll on the square) - Walk down to the Shoes on the Danube. I drive you back the hotel. If you have other wishes, let me know and I will customize the tour.
