Having been born and raised here I had the chance to live on both sides of our capital Buda and Pest and I know all the "nooks and crannies" of this city. Valeria was an absolute delight. First impression - she was so patient as we were running a few minutes late when she showed up (on time) for our tour and did not make us feel stressed at all. We altered our tour slightly as we went along and she was 100% accomodating. We never felt hurried and she was absolutely NOT a "clock watcher" which was so very much appreciated as we were loving seeing that beautiful city through her highly educated eyes. If we were to do it all again, I can't think of a more knowledgeable or personable guide to walk me through "her" city. 5 Stars for sure. Thanks Valeria - what a memorable tour your beautiful city. You made it come alive for us on every level.

We booked the 2.5 hour walking tour of Buda and Pest. Valeria picked us up at our hotel and shared her extensive knowledge of history with us as we explored the city. We walked over the Chain Bridge and made our way to the Castle District. It was a lovely tour and we highly recommend Valeria. She even made sure we got on the right bus when the tour ended!
