Overview of your Budapest tour:

With this 4-hour-long walking tour in the city centre of Budapest I will let you ’taste’ the atmosphere of the former Pest through walking by stunning buildings originating from the 19th century. I will tell you how the Hungarian capital became from a small trade town with horse-driven carriages running through its unpaved, dusty streets to a new, splendid metropolis of Europe with the first downtown tram network constructed in Europe, with the first metro line built in the continent, with the evolvement of an unequalled coffee culture accompanied by an enormous economical, social and cultural boom of the city. Amazing facades, Budapest’s greatest church, the venue for one of Europe's biggest Christmas markets, the world’s second largest synagogue, a UNESCO World Heritage Site promenade with panoramic views on the Buda side of the city and a lovely garden await you in this tour. At the end of the tour I will sing you some of the most beautiful Hungarian folk songs to let you get a taste of Hungarian culture!
