For 16 years I've been sharing this region with travelers from all over the world. I don't follow a script. Every visit is built around what you love. We had an excellent tour with Mika, walking through the beautiful city of Bordeaux. We learned so much about the history of the city and region from Roman times to the present and were shown vestiges of those eras that remain. All of this with local snacks, wine, bocce, and a lovely dinner. Mika was a knowledgeable and convivial guide and we enjoyed his company. We highly recommend this tour.
Michael took us on a 4 hour walking tour of Bordeaux. He is a terrific guide who is bright, personable, caring and very professional. We covered so much both in geographical area and in information. He showed us some hidden gems which we would never have seen on our own. Several tram rides, local snacks, and wine-tasting rounded off a fabulous day for the 4 of us. We are serious about wine, and really wanted to walk the streets of Bordeaux and appreciate its history related to wine and also its history in general. We loved Michael's style, and saw so many quaint things with interesting stories behind them. He was perfect for what we wanted, and anyone will enjoy his variety and approach.

We enjoyed our walking tour with Michael. He gave us a lot of insight into the past, present and future of Bordeaux. We managed to see all the places of importance in the city and he also treated us to an excellent mint tea, a local pastry and wine tasting - this was truly the best we ever had, excellent wines!
