Friendly, knowledgeable and interesting, Jaakko introduced us to the highlights of Helsinki, of which there were many. His english is impeccable, as is his knowledge of the city. We left Helsinki with a really good understanding of its history, and challenges. A delightful day.

My family LOVED Jaakko. He was the best. He was outstanding at showing us everything Helsinki had to offer and then some. He even made a stop for us at a local mall to buy clothes since the airline lost one of our bags. Jaakko was great about showing us the stuff we asked him to see and had a Plan A-Z for everything. I highly recommend letting Jaakko show you around Helsinki. This family of 5 could not think of a better guide to spend the day with.

He arrived promptly, he inquired of what places we want to see and he was faithful to our agreed itinerary. He allowed us sufficient time for toilet breaks and souvenir shopping. He even accommodated us by taking our photos. The pace of the tour was comfortable and we were not stressed. He brought us to a lovely spot with a view to eat a delicious traditional lunch. He is very intelligent and answered our questions competently and we got to know a lot about Helsinki in a span of a few hours.

Jaakko was the right choice to show us around Helsinki. He knows the city well. He was also very flexible, allowing us to shuffle around our tour so we could work in a day trip to Estonia. We would definitely have him as our guide again.
