One of the best tours I have ever done! Susanna is friendly, personable, and flexible. She didn't bat an eye when someone in our group asked to stop by a grocery store. Susanna translated various items for us, helped our group pick up some Finnish candies to take home and even shared some salted licorice with us. She helped us navigate the rail system from the port to downtown. Susanna also helped us find a store that sold contact lens solution when I ran out. Susanna wanted us to understand the Finnish way of life and our group of 8 loved every minute!

Great tour and helpful connections in airport

What an amazing tour! We did it all. Susanna was very informative and easy to be with. Me and my 2 daughters (13 and 15) learned a lot of the history, saw the beautiful architecture, tried local chocolate, saw the AMAZING library, visited the food market & shopped! Susanna showed us all of the Finnish retail stores and we even have a new favorite book series to read! (Moomin) She encouraged us to try reindeer and it was amazing! You won’t regret booking this tour. It’s a quick, easy and efficient way to learn about Helsinki culture. We were on a cruise so we were able to head to the Loyly sauna after and maximize our day. Susanna is wonderful! Don’t miss this!!!!!!!!

Susanna has an excellent knowledge of Helsinki and Finnish history. She has wonderful sense of humor especially when describing the reaction of the Finnish people to all the changes they have gone through in the last 100 years. She was extremely helpful gaining an understanding the way life is in Helsinki and in the rest of Finland. . She also provided outstanding hotel and restaurant recommendations and in general is fun to be with. We would highly recommend Susanna when touring Helsinki.
