For all its contradictions, Quito is blessed with a wealth of historic architecture and museums, vibrant nightlife, a popular and convenient tourist sector, a near-perfect climate, and one of the prettiest settings of any capital in the world.
Usually, start at 09h00 from your hotel, we all head to the historic center of the capital and the sites to visit are: * Basilica of the National Vote (view from outside) * Archbishop's Palace (view from outside) * Main Square * The Cathedral (view from outside) * City Hall (view from outside) * The Government Palace (view from outside) * Metropolitan Cultural Center (visit one of its courtyards and corridors) * The Sagrario Church * The Society of Jesus Church * San Francisco Church and Plaza * Chocolate tasting * Panecillo Hill (view of the city) After this visit, we will return to the hotel.
