Giovanny is fantastic. Our family wanted to hike Cotacachi, which is a volcano with a crater from an eruption long ago that has since been filled by water, creating a scenic lake. Giovanny filled the strenuous hike with a wonderfully positive attitude and a lot of great information. Following our hike, we enjoyed lunch at a fantastic restaurant he knew, then learned about how they make - and tried - biscochos(flaky, crunchy, pastry with a tiny piece of cheese and dulce de leche). We then had hot chocolate with a little cheese(so yummy and different). Giovanny is charming and informative. Definitely recommend highly.

If you are looking for a fantastic adventure outside Quito, the trip with Giovanni will be hard to beat. He is a fantastic driver, his car is very comfortable, and his love for Ecuador shines throughout the day. The four of us found him attentive, informative and very invested in making the trip special in unique ways. Highly, highly recommend!

This was a very interesting tour and we saw a lot of things off the beaten track..We enjoyed the Equator Museum,the Indigenous market,had an amazing local lunch and saw lots of the countryside.We really enjoyed the hot chocolate with cheese and biscuits.Our ride was very comfortable and Giovanny was a very pleasant and well informed guide.

The tour was everything we hoped for. It gave us a nice variety of activities including not only the market town, but a taste of bizcocho and an agave drink, an enjoyable and educational experience at the site of the equator, a visit with a master weaver, a stop at a fruit market to buy delicious baby bananas, a short hike to a waterfall, and along the way, beautiful vistas of the Ecuadorean countryside. But the bonus was spending the day with our wonderful guide and companion. We definitely recommend him.
