Otavalo is a city in the province of Imbabura, located 110 kilometers north of the city of Quito. Gabriella gave us a wonderful tour of Quito. We communicated several times before the tour so that she could personalize it for us. She always responded promptly to my queries. Her English is very good, and she has a warm personality. She obviously loves her city and enjoys sharing it with others. Our driver was very nice, patient, and safe. We saw so much in just one day. I highly recommend Gabriella. We used her a second day for an outing to Otavalo.

Gaby and her driver Gustavo were outstanding! Highlights for me were visiting a rose farm and Kawsaymi lunch! In all honesty, wasn’t impressed by the Otavalo market on a non-Saturday. Gaby was super flexible and gave us options. We had a friend join last minute and it was a problem. And, Gaby went WAY out of her way to help me solve a logistics problem for a trip the next day with a different tour company, arranging private transport to get me to my hotel in Cotopaxi NP the following afternoon and arranging a similar transfer the following morning. Logistics were incredibly complicated but she found me a driver who able to get special permission for me to enter Cotopaxi NP after the entrance closed for the day. Rockstar guide and problem solver!
We spent the whole day with Gabby. She was professional, and knew so much about the area we were in from the people to the things to see. She was a 10 out of 10!

We had an amazing day with Gaby and our driver, Gustavo. Gaby is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and very keen to ensure the tour was tailored to what we wanted. She took us off the beaten track to see traditional weaving and to sample traditional cooking. We had an amazing day with lots of fantastic memories. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend her enough!
