When I was a child I used to go to the churches of Quito to hear mass. A "Espumilla "was never missing. As I passed in front of the cathedral, the legend of the Cock of the Cathedral came to my mind and when we visited San Francisco the idea was to look for the missing stone in the Atrium, it was part of a great legend of Quito. We took the opportunity to buy the food of the week in one of the colorful markets where everything smelled fresh. The city has grown but the historic center is a photograph stopped in time.

Lunch could be in the middle of the world or in the old town, it depends of our friends.
