Mindo Cloud Forest full day tour from Quito

"Mindo - Nambillo" is an ecological reserve, with approximately 22. 000 hectares of primary forest in most of its surface. Inside there is a natural complex of about 15 waterfalls, each one of them with a different height and beauty. As a local guide I grew up next to the forest and I love introduce you the experience of walking through the trees and also adventure sections over bridges which crosses several water streams that the moisture produces by hitting the moss and airplants that decorate all trees in forest. Your guide will pick you up at 08h00 from your hotel in order to visit this fascinating reserve full of wildlife Once at 1. 900 meters, hummingbirds, air plants, orchids and other surprising exotic species will take our full attention!. After a couple hours driving the way downhill through the curvy road we reach the wonderful town of Mindo. Once there will visit the bird garden to watch the most beautiful species of birds like tanager, barbets, hummingbirds, after that we can do an adventure tour hiking to a beautiful waterfall or the zip lines. After lunch we finish with chocolate factory where you learn all the process to make the best chocolate of the world. Theres a chance to see spectacle bear near by it would be a wonderful experience, offcorse its not a guarantee watch it but could happen and your experience be come unique !!!
