Explore the heart of Santiago by visiting its most iconic landmarks including Plaza de Armas, La Moneda Palace, Santa Lucía Hill and the lively Bellavista neighborhood. Perfect for first time visitors, this tour offers a great introduction to the city's history, culture and local lifestyle. Santiago is the capital and largest city of Chile, home to more than seven million people. It was founded on February 12, 1541 and today it is the country's political, financial and cultural center. One of the most remarkable features of Santiago is its location. The city is surrounded by the majestic Andes Mountains to the east and the Coastal Mountain Range to the west. On clear days, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the snow-capped Andes, creating one of the most beautiful urban landscapes in South America. Santiago is a modern and vibrant city where history and contemporary life come together. As we travel through the city, you'll see historic landmarks, elegant neighborhoods, green parks and modern architecture.
