Casablanca valley is the most known wine district of Chile white wine (Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay specially). This valley was born during the decade of the 80', discovered by one of the best and recognized oenologist of Chile, Pablo Morandé. It is an honour for me to talk to you about him during this tour. Until now he is still a pioner in many aspect. As a Wine Connosseur I will share with you all history, traditions and insteresting facts about the chilean wine. We will drive through agricultural valley of Curacaví to get to Casablanca valley where we will visit and enjoy 3 wineries Wineries we will able to visit depending on the availability: Bodegas RE, Casas del Bosque, Veramonte, Viña Mar and Matetic winery.
- Meeting at the lobby of your accomodation in Santiago (not near the airport) - Driving through agricultural district for 1 hour to get to Casablanca valley - Visit the first winery (Tour & wine tasting) - Visit a second winery ( just tasting or/and visit the wine shop) - Time for lunch in a restaurant of the area - Visit a third winery in the area (Tour & wine tasting) - Back in Santiago city, end of the tour Are you with more people? do you have another winery in mind?
