We had a fantastic half day with Melissa. She is extremely knowledgeable, and the best things about Melissa are her enthusiasm, passion for her subject and her communication style. She is a pleasure. She enhanced our experience by guiding us through the museum in a way that was meaningful and also timed our tour in a way (remarkable) that avoided the crowds. We...

Melissa was great for the Churchill war rooms tour! She was a great wealth of knowledge and told it in a very understandable and connected way. And she was very patient … I asked so many questions that we ran over our time. But she patiently answered all of them! We will definitely tour with Melissa when we return to London!

We cannot recommend Melissa more highly. She is knowledgeable, personable and well organized. Her highlights of the British Museum tour was a well thought out logical trip through the vast collection. By the end of our two hours it was like we were long lost friends. We would, without hesitation, book another tour with Melissa.

Melissa is very knowledgeable about UK history and culture. Her presentation of the Churchill War Rooms was well organized and included a lot of anecdotes that helped to bring the events to life. Her pre-tour communication was excellent, including suggestions for the other (independent) half of our day. We really enjoyed the time we spent with her.
