Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is Carlos, and I am a native of Toledo, born and raised in the city. I have been working as an official city guide since 2008 as a full-time activity. I studied at the Toledo School of Arts, specializing in Damascening, the art of inlaying gold and silver into steel to produce intricate patterns, a craft that has been in the city for centuries and is one of Toledo's hallmarks. After finishing my studies, I lived in Japan working as a craftsman for five years. I learned Japanese, which led me to study for a degree in Tourism and dedicate myself to the profession of guiding. Since 2008 and until now, I have worked as an official guide in Madrid, Barcelona, and especially in Toledo, my hometown, the one I love and the one I want you to enjoy with me. Because of my artistic training and my experience in the field of tourism, but above all because of my deep knowledge of my city, I think I can be the ideal choice to accompany you in your visit to Toledo, one of the most beautiful and interesting places in Spain.
