Filipe was a great local guide with lots of knowledge about the history of the island. He was flexible with planning and let us know what kind of hidden gems we could explore further. Wonderful tour of the island by Filipe. Wife and I did a two day private tour, one day to the west and other day to the east. Never ran short on things to see. Filipe provided great advice, history and knowledge of the area, and able to adapt tour to meet our interests and needs. Especially for chosing straighter roads with regular stops, for avoiding motion sickness....
