Wonderful tour of Tokyo on our first day in the city. Makar corresponded with us even before we booked, and was very helpful in putting together a tour personalized just for us. We didn’t want to see the same touristy sites that we could find on our own, so Makar suggested places that fit our interests and restaurants tailored to our likes. He was very communicative and...

June 2026Thank you very much for your review. It is a pleasure to see you and your family enjoyed the food tour of street food, restaurants, cafe and sightseeing spots. The Yanaka area is a highlight as we did a lot of walking there. Please enjoy the rest of your trip!

April 2026Thank you so much for your review it was a pleasure spending the day in Nikko with you! I'm glad the logistics all came together smoothly, and I have to say, rainy days in Nikko have a magic of their own. The weather added to the atmosphere rather than taking away from it. It's always rewarding to hear that a place exceeded expectations, and I hope you do get the chance...

Outstanding tour, communication, and guide on this Japanese Gardens tour. Makar was a very personable and knowledgeable guide. We could not be happier with our tour. He picked a terrific and convenient restaurant for lunch. He listened and followed through our special requests. We thoroughly enjoyed having him as our guide, and would hire him again when we come back...
