Guide #12520
Ciao & Welcome to Italy Tours with Mauro! I have been involved in the Tour Industry for over 13 years now and look forward to sharing my Beautiful country, it's food, it's traditions and of course it's values on life with all of you. Before entering into the Tour Industry I had spent 15 years in the area of Italian culinary adventures. I have first hand knowledge to share with each of you regarding the different regions, their food, wines, cheeses and tasty treats on the side like olive oil, balsamic and the art of truffles! Not to mention the best Gelato in each hilltop town inside and out of Rome. I'm originally from the Eastern side of Italy on the Adriatic Sea, a region called Puglia. So I am no stranger to the best beaches, sea food and nature that Italy has to offer as well. I am young, energetic, fun spirited, honest and most of all always on time. I look forward to having an adventure with you and yours soon! 5 years as a Tour Director of Italian Tours for an American Tour Company based in Rome. 15 years in the Italian Food and Wine industry. I am not a certified Vatican Museum or Colosseum Guide.

We loved every minute of our tour with Mauro! Even with a limited time in Rome, we were able to have a great experience at the sites that were most important to us. Mauro made the experience everything it was, something truly special! He made sure we had a great spot where we could easily see the Pope during every portion of the ceremony and helped us navigate the crowded with ease. This experience would have not been the same without him, thank you again Mauro!
