Our tour with Mauro was fantastic. We had only a short time in Rome and Mauro really helped us make the most of it. We saw fantastic places inside and outside of the city and the day we spent with Mauro was the highlight of our visit to the area. He was so knowledgeable about all of the places we visited and we really appreciated the information and insights he shared. Mauro was also super friendly and a pleasure to be around. He gave us some great restaurant recommendations for after our tour and was kind enough to make a reservation for us. Mauro even gave us some tips on things to see and do in Tuscany -- which was the next leg of our trip to Italy. We had the best day with Mauro. We could not be happier with the entire day and the sites we visited. Mauro was so organized & was great at avoiding the crowds & keeping us from sweltering in the record heat while visiting the very crowded venues of our choice. He was a delight to spend the day with and we will certainly contact him again when we are back in the Rome area in future years.

We had the best tour of our lives. Mauro had planned our day perfectly and was so personable that we felt that just after one day with him that we were leaving one of our best friends behind. We had our 13 year old grandson with us and they hit it off right from the start of our day. When we return to Rome or this area of Italy again, we will be booking Mauro for entire stay. Mauro deserves 10 stars if were possible. We just can't say enough good things about our experience.

Mauro was simply perfect! We are a couple from Montreal in their mid 40s. No kids. We booked online in advance and we have no regret whatsoever. We definitely recommend this experience with Mauro to anyone who is looking to fully appreciate Ancient Rome's wonders. We are well traveled and this has to be one of the nicest travel experiences we had the chance to live. This was a brilliant tour!! Mauro himself is both personable and knowledgeable and really made our tour enjoyable. We set off at 0800 and were able to see quite a lot well before the day became crowded. Lunch, arranged by Mauro, was splendid! Really recommended.

Mauro was outstanding! We booked this online and could not have been more pleased. This was the BEST day of our whole vacation because of Mauro and his personal attention to our family (ranging in age from 14 to 75!). He quickly figured out our individual interests, took us to fabulous places in Rome that we did not know existed, and truly made the day completely enjoyable for all of us.
