Hi! My name is Matteo, born and raised in Rome on March 20th, 1991. I’ve been working as a tour guide since I was 25, combining my love for travel and history with the joy of sharing stories. I studied Languages and Cultural Mediation, as well as History, which deepened my understanding of communication, cultures, and the ancient world around me. Growing up surrounded by ruins and timeless art sparked my curiosity for the past and shaped the way I see the world today. Guiding people through my city isn’t just a job—it’s a way to connect cultures, exchange experiences, and keep history alive every day. If my calendar appears unavailable, please contact me anyway. I can organize private transportation by private car and driver. I provide pick-up and drop-off at the hotel or port via the driver. I’ll meet you at the meeting point. We loved this tour! Matteo was an excellent guide! He had great knowledge of the Vatican. We started by taking a group photo with the basilica in the background with no one in the background because he knew the perfect spot. We then toured the transportation section and were literally the only people in the space and it was so worth it before we hit all the highlights. He...
