Hello! My name is Cristina and I'm a well - experienced tour guide since 2000, and besides, I am a tour leader since 2004. I use to take groups all around my wonderful island. I live in Lipari, the largest of the seven Aeolian islands in the north-eastern Sicily. I like travelling and I'm a trekking lover. I have a degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Messina, I speak English and French very well but I also speak Spanish fluently. From 2015 to 2021, I've been the president of the Association of Tourist guides called "Guide Turistiche Eolie Messina Taormina". I really enjoy doing my job and the advantage of it is changing itineraries every day: one day can be a guided tour of Lipari, so the typical magic condition of a little island or the day after, the fascinating environment of a visit to Mount Etna, the big volcano. Sicily is rich in archaeological sites, wonderful churches, small villages to discover or cities with an enormous artistic heritage. I enjoy illustrating the treasures of my region to anyone who decides to visit it. Not only history and monuments but also traditions, gastronomy and everyday life.
