The varied landscape with countless lakes and the Alps on the doorstep, the exciting history of Bavaria and the Bavarian lifestyle did not really make this a great challenge. After an almost 20 years sales career in IT and telecommunications business I took over my father's taxi company and started to become an official tour guide and private driver guide which I've been practicing now with passion for a number of years. On all my private tours, I would like to show you not only the well-known sights, but also special places off the beaten path. Overview of your Munich tour
Experience 2, 000 years of history in the World Heritage Site of Regensburg, only 80 miles northeast of Munich. Few cities in Germany can look back on such a long and meaningful history. Almost 1. 000 individual historic buildings are witnesses of Regensburg's history as military base of the Romans, first Bavarian capital and one of the most important medieval trading places in Europe. Because of left largely unscathed by the destruction of World War II you'll go on an expedition through time in picturesque alleys lined with buildings steeped in history. In addition, two of the most important German national monuments are waiting to be discovered by you in dream-like surroundings.

My wife and I went to Regesnburg with Boris for a day trip from Munich. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the only authentically preserved large medieval city in Germany, just 1:20 away. Boris is a great, knowledgeable and prepared guide. We also visited Valhalla and The Hall of Liberation Memorials which made the trip even more memorable. I will definitely recommend this trip and Boris to anyone traveling to Munich. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Spending a perfect day with Boris touring Munich and Regensburg was the highlight of our 14 day river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. Boris is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of of Germany and everywhere he took us and everything he taught us was interesting and fascinating. Never a boring or dull moment. He was also thoughtful enough to ask us what our interests were and tailored the trip to our interests. In addition, he helped us find transfers when our ship's itinerary changed.
