The city was real "love at first sight" and I never left it again! I've been living on 'Rive Gauche' (Seine river Left Bank), just next to the Luxembourg Gardens, for the past 25 years and I would never consider moving anywhere else.
After a career as a financial analyst for large international companies, I resumed my studies in History of Art in the Paris' famous Ecole du Louvre. This course, added to my passion for Paris inspired me to become a private guide.
Whether it's your first time in Paris or you already know the city, I will take you off the beaten tracks and unveil the secrets of Paris' major landmarks. Together, we'll walk the streets of Paris just like a group of friends. Each tour will be tailor-made to match your personal interests, at your own pace and with time to stand and stare.
My tours consist of a mix of cultural visits, relaxing strolls and gourmet breaks in trendy places. In addition to Paris' must-see, I will introduce you to my favorite lesser-known museums or monuments and to some more intimate nooks and crannies.
Your tour will start and end wherever you fancy: your hotel, a café… Just let me know and I'll be there! We will get around by foot or by metro, the best way to discover the city, and also to avoid Paris traffic jams
A Recent Review of this guide
Anne is a rare find. My son and I only had a day in Paris, and wanted to make the most of it. We saw more with Anne in 7 hours than we could have seen on our won in a week. She has a wonderful command of French and Parisian and worked hard to make our trip very special. The particular attention she paid to my son, adjusting for his energy level and interest throughout the day was simply amazing. Anne loves her city and her work, and it shows in every part of her tours. Book her without hesitation!
