Suzanne is an incredibly knowledgeable guide and knows the ins and outs of Versailles. The palace is fascinating in sooo many areas. By the end of the tour we became overwhelmed with dates and royal lineages, which she is an expert on. For 1/2 day tour we would have preferred more of the back stories, historical events that occurred in the palace and the rooms. Suzanne did share some of these and they piqued our interest. We would have like more of these. Having said that, she spent more than enough time answering our questions. She is very friendly and easy to speak with. I do recommend her.

Although I had toured Versailles before, this was the first time I used a guide and I am so glad I found Susanne! She is extremely knowledgeable about “all things Versailles” and had a very pleasant manner. We decided to add the private tour of the Kings Apartments and are so glad we did! We were literally the only people in the rooms and it made the tour so special! We learned so much from Susanne and she did a great job setting the pace. I would highly recommend this tour and definitely include the private apartments!

Classic itinerary schedule: (write me for an afternoon program or different starting time and/or if you prefer meeting in Paris). * Meet in Versailles 10am * Garden visit in weekends fountains run 10:30-11:30 and the main axe until 12:00 see Orangerie, Latone fountain, Apollo fountain, Grand Canal, Ballroom, Mirror pool, King's garden and more! * App. 12:00 Skip the line entrance to the Palace * Admire among others: Grands apartments, King's Chamber, Hall of Mirrors, Queens apartments, Royal Chapel * End of tour in the marbre courtyard app. 1:30PM. Contact me for an extension of the tour or full day tour with several options to add on or customize : - -VIP no crowds option : Private Apartments of Louis XV and Louis XVI. - Private transportation ( one way and/ or round trip/ me joining or not). - Fountains on the North side of the garden - Petit Trianon and hamlet of Marie-Antoinette - Grand Trianon - The King's Kitchen Garden - Food market Notre Dame - Biking in the town and the Parc and Grand Canal.
