"In London everyone is different and that means anyone can fit in. " (Paddington Bear) Hello my name is Charlotte, or Lotty and I'd love to show you around London and beyond. I love storytelling and the way it moves, engages and excites, connecting people and places with history. London is a two thousand year old history book, jam packed full of tales. Stories of disaster and devastation - fires, bombs, plagues and destruction, yet it rises time and time again, still standing as the most forward thinking, dynamic, multicultural city in the world! Bursting with parks and palaces, museums and art galleries, shopping destinations and best of all, the epitome of pomp and circumstance! Together let's plan a day seeing all the places you might recognise from books or screen, let me bring to life the people and places where the action took place. - I am a qualified London blue badge tour guide, studying for two years at university level and completing and passing a comprehensive series of written and practical exams. - BA (Hons) Acting - first class honours - Drama teacher I am not a driver guide. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Welcome to London, a City full of fascinating stories of people who have made a difference. Often the female. Together we will explore some of the popular and different districts of London, but though the lens of women statues and blue plaques which celebrate and recognize women who have made a difference. A rather sad statistic is that for all the statues in London, only 4% recognize named, non royal women! On this tour we will meet and be inspired by statues and stories of women who have changed the landscape of this country, be it through writing, politics and medicine. Let me introduce to you a plethora of women who all share a common trait - passion, wanting to make a difference, create change in a world that doesn't recognize their worth. I can customize the tour is requested.
