Hello and welcome to London. I have been guiding in the UK, London and Europe for 10 years and I love my job. I pride myself on a passion for history and above all, the animation of its stories and a bespoke, immersive experience that makes a tour truly memorable. I try to make my tours experiences. I like to walk inside ruins, enter places not often visited or take to the top of Londons buildings for unrivalled views of London. I like to show my guests the secret London, the local London, the unusual facts of our famous landmarks and the best parts of this small green island I call my home. From traditional pubs to local markets, from the big sights to the most photogenic areas of the city I aim to avoid the crowds and get you to the best spots and to witness all the city has to offer. From London in a day to Stonehenge and the countryside, I pride myself in getting as much as possible into your valuable time at a pace that suits you. No matter which guide you choose, I wish you an enjoyable time in this great city. Overview of your London tour

Every Christmas my mother would bring me into London to see the window displays and the lights of London at Christmas. It was a magical experience I Will never forget. With the crowds doing last minute shopping and a seasonal energy descends on London for the festive period. The nights draw in and it gets colder, but London turns on the charm at Christmas and it is one of the most magical cities in Europe when it comes to putting on a show. The history of Christmas in London stretches back centuries was popularised by writers such as Dickens who was responsible for turning it into such a festive holiday. We will visit the most famous Christmas lights in London along with the best window displays London has in 3 hours covering the best that the city has to offer including its Christmas Markets, world famous window displays and its most iconic stores unique to this City. If you would like to do the tour in a vehicle please enquire.

Nicholas did a wonderful job of navigating us (4 adults) to see the spectacular Christmas lights of London in early December. It was busy but that was no problem as Nicholas knew the best routes to get to all the wonderful displays. Nicholas took plenty of pictures of our group along the way. We enjoyed the stop at Liberty Dept. store and all the stories Nicholas told. I had no idea a statue to Beau Brummell existed (as heard in the song from Annie). We loved all the fashion information. Nicholas is such a great guide! He definitely made our experience so much better than if we had tried to plan the evening on our own.

Great tour - we saw things we wouldn't have seen on our own - a couple hidden locations. We loved it!

We had a thoroughly delightful tour with Nicholas. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we walked by on this tour, even things which were not necessarily related to the Christmas lights themselves. The lights themselves were incredible and I would highly recommend a tour to get some idea of the breadth of Christmas lights available in London. I have used many tour guides all over the world. Nicholas was one of the most personable and knowledgeable in my experience. I would highly recommend this guide and this tour. I would be happy to do another tour with him in the future.

Christmas is a beautiful time to be in London! This tour is so much more than just beautifully decorated storefronts. Nick P. walked us through may unexpected side-streets and locations decked out with beautiful lights and all the other ornamentation of the season. We thoroughly enjoyed a stop at Lock & Co. to purchase a hat from one the oldest custom hat merchants in London, and at the Great British cigar merchant to see the extensive cigar inventory & the chair used by Churchill to enjoy his cigars.

Your London tour itinerary

We start the evening visiting the most iconic Christmas decorations and not all of them are in the places you would expect. Below is a list of the areas we will cover plus some of the more secret side streets and secret Christmas tree locations.
