I have lived in London since 1997. Passionate about travel, history, walking and exploring I qualified as a City of London Guide in 2022 and a London Blue Badge Guide in 2024. I am also a Freeman of the City of London that gives me the right to herd sheep across the river Thames ! I would love to show you around and my London Blue Badge Guide professional qualification means I have privileged guiding access to all the buildings that matter including the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms, Kensington Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral and the British Museum. Let me show you the best of London, my home since 1997. As a qualified London Blue Badge Guide I have privileged access to guide you inside St Paul's Cathedral and Tower Bridge. This tour also takes you through the City of London where the capital began. We shall see the River Thames and the Tower of London (exterior views) St Paul's is the heart of the City of London; the City is where London began, founded by the Romans in AD43. St Paul's rose from the ashes of the Great Fire of London and miraculously survived the Second World War bombing campaign known as the Blitz. Tower Bridge is a similarly iconic symbol of London. Ascend the towers by elevator or stairs, enjoy the stunning views from the elevated walkway and learn how this engineering marvel was constructed.

Bespoke private guided tour of St Paul's Cathedral - Sit under Christopher Wren's iconic Dome take in the scale and the magnificent artwork surrounding you - Climb the 528 steps to the top of the Dome and look down on London (optional) - Visit the American Chapel - Enter the Crypt and see the tombs of Sir Christopher Wren, the Duke of Wellington and Admiral Lord Nelson who rests directly under the Dome. - Explore the Cathedral's collection of modern art Comfort break - for Cathedral shop, coffee and rest rooms Transfer to Tower Bridge. This can be by tube (led by your guide), London black cab or a 40 minute guided walk through the historic City or along the River Thames. Climb the iconic Towers, enjoy the stunning views and look down thru the glass walkway onto the road and river below.
