Oxford & Cotswolds Full Day, Private Driver Guide Excursion x 2

Take a trip to the historic city of Oxford and the stunningly beautiful Cotswolds. First, we will wander around the University city of Oxford, once quoted as "the city of dreaming spires"' where monumental historic events have shaped the country and inspired literature heroes. We will be spending some time in the college's public areas, here is where many Prime Ministers and the odd US President have received part of their education. The traditions and practices of the colleges can be quite intriguing, the city has, what was once, the largest book shop in the world and the very first public museum in the world. We will then venture across the beautiful Cotswold countryside, stopping at some of the best quintessential villages that England has to offer. The Cotswolds dates back centuries, built on the wool industry, with the expansion of bigger towns into major cities and the lack of rail connection to the Cotswolds, the area is untouched by modern standards, feeling like you've stepped back in time.
