I'm Graham, your driver-guide, walking-guide and attractions guide: bringing London to life with commentary and chat on my private London tours. I've put together a nice selection of tours to help us explore the best of London: • London Highlights. • London Big Day Out. • Royal London. • Beatles + Rock'n Roll. • London Horror. • Hampton Court Palace. • British Museum. • National Gallery. • Greenwich. • English Countryside. • Jewish History in London. • Black History in London. • Driving tours: in the ideal vehicle for sightseeing - a licensed London taxi. Lots of stops on driving tours and all tours have short walks to get close to the attractions and sights. • Walking tours: always get close to, or inside, the sights and attractions or through the streets of London. • All tours: I'll explain as we explore and I welcome questions from curious clients. Transportation on driving tours: Door-2-Door Service (pick up and drop off anywhere in central London). Meeting locations for walking or attractions tours: always easy to find and some have a pick-up from your hotel (depending on where you're staying). I have been a tour guide since the dawn of the 21st century! and have four guiding qualifications: • City of London • City of Westminster • London Taxi Guide • St Paul's Cathedral. I have a History BA too, so deep background knowledge. And I'm a real licensed London taxi driver, having completed the world famous 'Knowledge of London' in 2000. I'm also a published London historian. My book is 'Guildhall. City of London'. It's a history of one of London's oldest buildings (600+ years). Guildhall is public, free and worth a visit, possibly during one of my London Highlights tours. • My Mercedes Vito London taxi is clean, has air-con and carries up to six passengers. London taxis are fully wheelchair accessible and disability travel-friendly (ramp, hand bars). ---------------------------------------------------- City of London Guide, City of Westminster Guide, London Taxi Tour Guide, St Paul's Cathedral Guide, London Taxi Driver (black cab), History BA. Hons, Published London historian, Associate Member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding . . . and proud Londoner. Only two attractions where I don't have guiding accreditation: Westminster Abbey, Tower of London.

A fun and fascinating private London walk discovering 1000 years of royal and political English history. Palaces, Parliament and Power! I’m a born and bred London tour guide who enjoys providing commentary and anecdotes about all our tour stops and London’s historic sights. The City of Westminster has been London’s royal and political power base for 1000 years. Royalty and Parliament have both displayed authority and strength in this one small area, and they still do. Royal palaces and political landmarks are our touchstones. From these ancient streets power has been projected, demonstrated and literally trumpeted. It makes for an intesting walk. We will focus on the big world-famous landmarks in Westminster, because nothing shouts ‘power’ like spectacular architecture, grand avenues and beautifully laid out parks. It’s quite a dramatic story; and where did this 1000-year story take place? On our tour route of course.
- Buckingham Palace - Westminster Abbey - Parliament and Big Ben - St James’s Palace - Trafalgar Square - Downing Street - The Royal Parks - Changing of the Guard Ceremony (only Monday, Wednesday, Friday) …and much more. Note: To see parts of Changing of the Guard choose 9.00 or 10.00am start.
