Experience London as a Londoner, hop on and off red London buses, use the Thames Riverbus for wonderful views of the capital and walk along the streets to take time to appreciate the wonderful architecture. Dawn was an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable in all areas: 1) both the royal families throughout England's historical past & the current family; 2) the historical locations of London as well as how the city is evolving; and 3) in answering the many miscellaneous questions that we asked. She is very personable, and we absolutely enjoyed the day.
Dawn was delightful & so knowledgeable. She took us everywhere efficiently but gave us ample time to enjoy ourselves. She even spotted the King's motorcade when he returned to Buckingham palace & had us watch as the Union Jack was immediately lowered & the Royal Standard was raised. I don't think many tourists like us would have noticed or understood what happened! We saw more than we expected and thoroughly enjoyed our time with her! Thank you Dawn!!
The two days we spent with Dawn were the highlight of our holiday in London. This was our first time in London so Dawn covered all the highlights and she was extremally knowledgeable! We loved all the fun stories she shared along the way. She met us at our hotel both mornings and she was very accommodating when we had a slight change in our schedule. We can't recommend Dawn highly enough.
Dawn was a perfect guide! She is knowledgeable and informative, she was organized in designing the day to maximize the sites and incorporate other bits of history, above all, she is an absolutely delightful person! We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend.
This was full day tour with Dawn. She did a great job balancing the need to see many historical sites, with spending sufficient time at each site to learn the significance of their history. Dawn is very knowledgable of English history and her ability to fill in facts with interesting tales not normally read about in books helped tobring the history alive. We visited Westminster Abby, St. Paul's Cathedral, and the Tower of London. Interspersed our visits were trips by familiar places like Big Ben.
Dawn was exceptionally great ! She is a wonderful guide. She made sure we had the true London experience, riding all forms of transportation and taking us to ALL the sites we wanted to visit (which were many) Thank you Dawn for making our trip a Once in a lifetime, dream come true !
