Private Bespoke Ephesus Tour from Kusadasi (Skip the lines)

What an amazing day with Azime. She predicted the hot weather and crowds so we met her earlier and enjoyed a cool, crowd free morning in Ephesus. The she customized our tour to include stops specific to our tast and ended the day with a wonderful lunch stop. Our transportation was in a new luxury van with cold water throughout the short journey. Our best tour through the week in Europe. Turkey is a beautiful place to visit and Azime is an excellent guide.

Azim was the perfect guide! She communicated with me before the trip to assess our wants and needs, and came up with a perfect itinerary for us. She is so enjoyable to be around, like touring with a friend. Due to the heat , we did not want a long tour in ephesus , and she tailored it so that we enjoyed the highlights. She's smartly took us to Mary's house first before the lines grew long and this was a blessing. After ephesus , we went to the lovely village of Syrince for some local shopping and a wonderful local launch , followed by authentic Turkish coffee. Lots of good conversation throughout the day about life in Turkiye. Good advice re shopping for authentic merchant. Finally, we were interested in a Turkish bath after our tour and her recommendation was fabulous. She is a truly excellent guide who provided us with a most memorable day. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Azime is fantastic! Friendly, curious, open, flexible, and highly knowledgable about the history of Ephesus, Turkish culture, and the world in general. She speaks English really well, she brought us to great places, and she knew the answer to pretty much every question we asked about the history of the world heritage site. We had a smooth day together and the van we rode was super comfortable, new, and had strong AC and a fridge stocked with cold water. Everything is well-planned but totally flexible if we wanted something different. I highly recommend Azime!

We had such an amazing tour with Azime! She was so accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and just all-around fun to be around! She personalized our tour based on our interests and knew the best spots and areas for pictures. We were picked up in Kusadasi at the cruise port (the car was great and very roomy for the 3 of us). We went to Mary's house, the ancient city (Azime's knowledge really made the City come to life and you could visualize what it would be like), including the terrace houses (if you are on the fence, we thought it was definitely worth seeing this, the preservation of the flooring and wall coverings were so cool, not to mention it gives you a break from the sun :-)), had lunch (local place and the food was wonderful), St John's basilica and did a drive by of the Temple of Artemis. We also went to her family's pottery store and were so amazed at their beautiful craftsmanship as well as their hospitality! Azime even went the extra mile to mail postcards for us after we left and even find us a shop that sells Turkish delight without tree nuts (since we have allergies). She was very responsive before and was patient with all our questions before our trip to give us the very best experience. I would highly recommend her for any tour during your stay! We were on a 10 day cruise and this was by far our favorite tour we did and we can't say enough good things about Azime! She is excellent!
