Bespoke Ephesus Tour and Turkish Cooking Class with Lunch (Skip the lines)

What a great tour of Turkey with Azime!!! She is so personable and welcomes any changes to the schedule you might have already discussed. We had a GREAT time with her especially our cooking class. The food was delicious. Azime let you have your time browsing or watching demonstrations - but was always in the background in case you needed to ask her anything. If we are ever back - she will be our guide!!!

Our family of five had a fantastic day with Azi and highly recommend this tour. It was truly one of our favorite days on a two week trip. Azi is super friendly and gives you great information, but doesn't overwhelm you with too many facts. After seeing the historic sites, we helped make lunch but really got to sit back and sample the wonderful dishes prepared in her family restaurant. We went from knowing very little about Turkey to being big fans, all thanks to Azi and this tour.

This is the ideal tour with a local experience!! You will see the sights, taste the food, meet locals, see the scenery beyond the usual. Azime is delightful and full of information. We feel like we have made a friend in Turkey for life. We saw places and met people we KNOW the usual tourist never has experienced. And of course the food was fabulous. we went to a village market and Azime picked items for our meal there. You could not ask for a more truly local experience in Turkey.

The tours Azime organized were the highlight of our whole trip! My mom and I did a private shore excursion with her in Ephesus during our cruise, and it was by far one of our favorite days. She made us fall in love with Turkey! We were celebrating my mom’s 75th birthday, and Azime went above and beyond — from a surprise cake to a thoughtful gift my mom will cherish forever. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and caring. My mom had hurt her ankle earlier in the trip, and Azime made sure she was safe, comfortable, and still part of everything. Her deep roots in Ephesus made us feel like we were exploring with a friend. We also did an authentic cooking class and learned about Turkish rugs and ceramics. Skip the big cruise excursions — book a private tour with Azime! She turned our short stop into a lifelong memory. I can’t wait to go back and do more tours with her in the future!

My tour with Azime was amazing! She is knowledgeable and extremely professional. The tour overall was a 10/10. She met us at the dock and our driver was amazing. The vehicle was air conditioned, spacious and very clean. Everything was great especially the cooking class and visiting the pottery business. The cooking class location was gorgeous and the chef and his team were amazing as well. The pottery business was such a great experience and I am happy with the piece I purchased. They made my experience very easy and knowing it will be delivered to me put my mind at ease. Thank you Azime for a wonderful experience. My first time to Turkey and definitely will not be my last because of you.
