Overview of your Kusadasi tour

Ephesus ancient city tour takes us on a historical journey among the ruins of a two-thousand-year-old settlement. Eventually, the life story of the people of the region of Ephesus. Every nation had its own legend, heroes, gods, and goddesses. They loved, they hated, they lived and they died. And, they left their traces after them. Sometimes we loved them, sometimes we got confused, and sometimes we could not understand them. But, it is certain that we learned something from them! Sometimes this was art, sometimes architecture, sometimes faith, and sometimes politics.

Vedat was wonderful. We were on a tight schedule and he was happy to accommodate a custom tour to meet our needs. There was active communication to customize and to ensure we knew where to meet him on the day of our tour. We were greeted just outside the port and headed straight to our private van. Water was provided and much appreciated for the very hot day. We saw the House of Mary and the Ancient City of Ephesus. The House Mary is isolated and small but also calming and beautiful. Ephesus is vast with so much to see and having a guide was ideal to know exactly what we were looking at. Thank you Vedat for sharing Türkiye with us!

Vedat was an excellent guide who provided us a once in a lifetime experience in Ephesus and the surround area. Vedat worked with us to adjust the itinerary to visit a small Turkish village, providing a thorough history of the village, as well as a window into present-day life of the villagers. Vedat and our driver were incredibly attentive throughout the day. Vedat has a passion for these region in Turkey, with a profound depth of knowledge. I was most grateful that he curated every aspect of day to our interests. Rather than spending the day with a stuffy guide, it felt like a new friend was taking us on an adventure.

Vedat was remarkable! He promptly met us at the port with a luxury vehicle, a driver, and cold water for the road. He did a beautiful job of explaining the history of Ephesus and took great pictures of our small group. He took us to a remarkable lunch and a small authentic village to give us a true taste of local like. He even stayed extra time with us and walked us around the city and back to the port. I highly recommend a tour with Vedat, is a true gentlemen!

Your Kusadasi tour itinerary

- Since this is a private tour organization, we can start from Kusadasi hotels, Kusadasi cruise port, Selcuk town, and hotels. In general, Starting time is 8:00-9:30am. The visiting order of places can change according to the day. - We drive to the House of the Virgin Mary, where it is believed she spent her last years. It welcomes us with its peaceful nature. - After a 30mins visit, we continue to Ephesus ancient city. We can mention it as one of the most well-preserved ancient sites in the world with its architectural structures. We enter the city from the upper gate and visit highlighted structures towards the bottom exit. We shall explore the agora, the council amphitheater, the sacred building, Temples dedicated to the Emperors, the splendid library, the Great theatre, and so on. We can spend One to Three hours here according to our timing. - The temple of Artemis will be our last stop. You will also have local art shopping opportunities.
