Hola! I was born and raised in Madrid. My uncle, a cultured man, took me since I was 6 years old to galleries and museums in Madrid and towns around. I was astonished and marveled by all the artifacts and weird things I discovered at that age. Those feelings made me pick a History of Art Major when I entered University. Once I got the degree I began travelling a lot throughout the world as a Tour Manager. I loved that life, very dynamic and full of exciting experiences. Contacting other cultures is the real university of life. But, when I was around 30 years old, I began missing home, family and friends. And I had something else in mind too. I felt frustrated that not many foreigners knew Madrid and its treasures. That's not possible, I thought!I have to do something about it. My goal and proposal: after all my travelling experiences I would love to make you feel my hometown Madrid in a different perspective rather than the typical tour I myself have experienced in many places around the world. Of course, the highlights should be visited, that's why they are so popular and breathtaking but also, if you let me, I want to introduce you to the real daily life of madrileños(Madrid locals), how we think, how we socialize and, last but not least, what we eat and drink. Be my guest, dear traveler, come to my city. You won't regret it! Madrid Official Guide.Including the sourroundings: Toledo, Segovia and Avila National Heritage Official Guide(Royal Palaces)

Would you like to visit a city over 3000 years old? So proud of Spanish heritage, let me take you to the former Imperial capital city of my country. A place full of Muslim and Jewish cultural background and traditions, blended in a unique way with the Christian society. So rich for western civilization! Be amazed how these three communities got along together peacefully for many years. Enjoy the confort of our high speed train. Then, walk through the old town and visit its major monuments, a gorgeous setting by itself but along with my explanations, I will make you feel you are back in the ancient times. With me, dive in Spanish History and culture, a non tiring but an enjoyable and remarkable experience. Toledo satisfies all kind of travelers. Not only the culture, its cuisine, traditions, handicrafts and special atmosphere will entrance you. After so many years taking travelers here, still overwhelm me, and every time a foreign friend ask me what to visit in Spain, I say, go to Toledo please!
We get on the train at Madrid Railway Station, 33 minutes trip, very easy. Arriving at Toledo Train Station we take a taxi to the top of the hill overlooking the old town beyond Tagus River(one of the Top Ten pictures of Spain). Taxi will drop us off at old town centre. Depending on your pace and love for walking, the idea is to discover the old town by foot. It is surprising how the city keeps the medieval atmosphere and its rich heritage simply wandering a little bit through its maze-like urban layout. Either by taxi or by foot we surely visit the highlights of this ancient city: the Cathedral, Santo Tome Church and The Old Synagogue. But other monuments can be added to our itinerary and you may decide how much walking you would like to do, totally up to you. During our visit, you can choose the moment for a break, for instance, or lunchtime if you prefer, to rest your body and mind. Of course, if you would like some time for shopping, Toledo is a great place for artisans and handicrafts.
