Jorge was great! He really made walking through the palace fun despite the crowds in some rooms and going with two late teen boys who can lose interest quickly. I would recommend Jorge for any tour you are considering - he was engaging, knowledgeable and I would book a tour with again if we are ever back in Madrid.

My mom and I loved this tour! My dad and 16 year old brother were not as interested in the history of the architecture, intrigue, royal families' insignias, tapestries, furniture, etc, but that wasn't totally unexpected. He was clearly a subject matter expert, knew the exhibits inside and out, was funny and personable, no difficulty understanding him, took us through at the right pace, and altogether we loved the experience!
