Overview of your Cordoba tour

This is the perfect walking tour to discover the highlights of Córdoba as a way to understand the city of the three cultures, and due to this its one of the most demanded as well, since we approach the three religions that made us what we are today. We will be visiting the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba to understand the Islamic and Christian heritage plus also we will walk the Jewish quarter where our last Sephardic neighbours have been living. We will cover some of the most visited environments, which the majority of our visitors look forward to seeing. I am a licensed expert for the three religious backgrounds and I will make sure not to skip anything important as we go. At the same time, this tour will open your mind and heart to understand and dream about the possibility of finding a way for different faiths to work together for a much better world. Heritage speaks up, so give yourself the chance to be spoken to and perhaps even go over your personal mindset!

Your Cordoba tour itinerary

·First, we will get inside the impressive Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba (there is no building like this at all anywhere on Earth). ·After that we will go around the nearby Jewish quarter, the last space within the limits of the town where our Sephardic neighbours have been living until 1492, where we'll find the medieval synagogue of Córdoba, which is the oldest one in Spain. ·Across this neighbourhood, we'll find the statute of the RAMBAM, Moshe Ben Maimon, known as Maimonides, the most important Jewish scholar of all times. ·Soon after that, we'll get to the first artisanal market of Spain opened in the 1960s with its traditional patio of Córdoba. ·We will be traversing some of the most popular narrow streets that bring the remarkable labyrinth atmosphere of Córdoba, to finally discover the main access to the Faculty of Philosophy, which was the most remarkable hospital of the town for over 150 years. Nearby, the statue of the famous ophthalmologist Mohamed Al Gafequi is waiting for us! (Customizable).
