I am a professional tourist guide with my own tourist and transport company. I am 35 years old and for 14 years I am guiding guests from all around the world. Im general, I am a freelancer and I enjoy people. During my work I met many interesting personas. I also guided politicians from Germany, the Thai prime minister and former Slovenian President. Personal contact is my specialty. Tourism is my big passion and way of life. Why? Part of my family worked as a tourist guides ever since my birth. I was traveling with them even when I was a small boy and it was natural, that in the future I may enter into that business as well. Beside guiding, I write books and articles. My biggest project until now happened in year 2019, when I published 400+p novel, that is describing my travels around the World. I started and finished my education in Ljubljana. I was always attracted by sociology, politics and problems of society. To find answers to those problems, I entered Ljubljana University, Faculty of Social Sciences. There I finished program Theoretical Analytical Political Science. During my studies I focused on ecology and green politics. In my free time at home, I like to read philosophy and history. For 9 years I played piano in music school. Big part of my high school days was also marked by hard rock music band Mental Picture. Band existed for five years and I was vocalist there. Band became quite famous through its concerts in Slovenia, Austria and Italy; however in 2004 it was invited to sign up a contract with Nuclear Blast publishing house (one of the biggest music label companies for rock musicians in the world). Unfortunately all members of the band, including me, decided that education is more important than the music. That decision meant the end for a music band. I like nature. Before I decided for social sciences studies, I wanted to be a biologist. Three of my biggest hobbies are hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking. I have big interest in wildlife photography, herbs and space exploration also. To come close to a nature as possible, I am also glider pilot in sports airport Alpine Fly Centre Lesce - Bled and I possess skipper license for a boat up to 24 meters. However more than a half of my country surface is covered with trees, title of my final graduation work was "Forests as a subject of political conflicts". I graduated with best possible grade. That work presents best fusion between my hobbies and my professional education. I can describe my character as self confident and calm. I am a happy person. In the future I want to enter into politics with the highlight on ecological issues, however not now. Philosophy of Deep ecology is very close to my values. For myself I want to finish doctorate also. But at the moment I am doing job, which makes me fortunate and satisfies me completely. So contact me. I want to give you hi quality & relaxing tour, which will remain in your memory for a very long time. I am a professional tourist guide with my own tourist and transport company. I posses state guiding license, which is verified by Slovenian Government, Chamber of commerce: .I am a member of EU association of guides and therefore I am allowed to guide with my licence in all EU member states basic touris No restrictions, I possess special state guiding license. I only cannot guide inside caves.

The East part of Slovenia is full of amazing things. One of the highlights is definitely wine. Once part of Austro-Hungarian lower Steiermark, the region has deep routs with Austrian culture. It is reflected in picture-perfect towns, that are in my opinion adorable. Among them, there is also Slovenian second biggest town of Maribor. Our tour will take us there, where we will do a guided walk through the Maribor Old town. First wine tasting will follow and then we will take a countryside road of the wine hills. We can stop for a coffee, pictures, and bird song. . . The most famous view is the Wine Heart viewpoint (just next to the Austrian border). After spending some time among the vineyards we will enter the highway and get to the second wine tasting in Gora Pod Lipo under the Pohorje Mountains. This tasting will be accompanied by a small Slovenian traditional homemade meal. I love their food!!!. I am sure you will like it too. In a good mood, we will then return to your place of stay
8:30 Start from your place of stay (Ljubljana/Bled/ etc) 10:00 - 11:00 Maribor brief city tour (City Hall, Franciscan Church, WW2 Monument, Old Town, Oldest Synagogue, Lent and - of course - House of the Oldest Wine Grape in the World. The plant is more than 400 Years Old. 11:30 First Wine Tasting in the Old Town of Maribor 12:30 Drive into the Maribor Wine Hills with Photo stops (here it is possible to stop for coffee, lunch, small meal, random wine cellars. . . ). 14:30 We will leave Maribor Wine Hills 15:30 Wine tasting under Pohorje Mountains with lights Slovenian Homemade lunch 17:00 Head back to your place of stay (Ljubljana/Bled/ etc) On the way back after wine tasting no. 2 (if you will have some energy), we can stop at the local legendary mountain pass bakery called Trojane. There they are selling fresh warm traditional Austrian doughnuts "Krofi", which are super delicious.
