2 days tour to Koper, Izola and Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy from Ljubljana

We will be discovering the Slovene coastal Piran, Izola, and Koper old towns on the first day and will visit Italian city Trieste with Miramare and Duino castles on the second day. We'll stop at some great viewpoints on our way and passing through small towns and villages in the beautiful Mediterranean countryside. Each day shall include a walk within the city and into nature. Optional a visit to a cave attraction or Lipizzaner stud farm may be offered. What most of my travelers enjoy about this tour is how close we are to Italy. Please note even Venice is only a 2 and a half hours drive from Ljubljana. A detailed itinerary shall be agreed upon after your request.

From Ljubljana, we can reach > Koper in about 1 hour, then > Izola and Piran are 10/20 minutes away. Besides their old towns, we may visit the modern > Portoroz tourist resort with Salt pans nature park in the neighborhood, aquarium, and maritime museum. For the lunch, we shall find some local cuisine delicacies in a restaurant by the sea or in a small village with a view. Instead of returning to Ljubljana, you may decide to overnight in one of the many hotels/apartments on the coast. This would make a more comfortable start to the next day when we shall be visiting > Trieste with its prime sightseeing locations in the surrounding - the Miramare and Duino castle. On our way back we should visit the > Lipica stud farm where famous Lipizzan horses derive from. Also, we will find a local cuisine restaurant "gostilna" nearby. You will have 8 -10 hours with me as a guide, per day, as a minimum.
